Without a doubt, Seve Ballesteros was one of the greatest shot makers in golf. Everyone likes to compare wins, Majors, and prize money to determine the best player of all time and I am okay with that; however, I am not sure there was or is anyone who could see how to make something out of nothing like Seve.
There are countless unbelievable shots made by Seve and his wizardry continues to astound the golfing masses. His could see potential success in every shot and demonstrated the courage to try.
I always wonder what is required to see shots like Seve. He obviously has command of his swing to attempted what he sees, but is that just it. I really do not know the answer, but I sure would like to know. Maybe it is one of those “you just know if you got it” skills that cannot be taught. It is a quandary likely never to be solved.
Do you have any level of Seve’s skill to see shots that others do not?
I am a grateful golfer! See you on the links!
