A Personal Touch at the RBC Canadian Open Championship

The first day is finished and not surprisingly, Dustin Johnson is at the top of the leaderboard with an eagle on his 18th hole. Many of other notables are in the hunt, however there are many unknowns making their voices heard.

As I previously said, I am hoping for any Canadian to win this year and surprisingly it is an amateur, Jared du Toit, tied for third that is leading the charge for the Red and White! Today marks the start of Canada’s national golf championship! This four-day tournament is an exciting event for most Canadian golfers. This year, the Open is, yet again, being hosted by Glen Abbey Golf Club. This 7253 yard course has it challenges and its scoring holes.
