A Simple Drill To Improve Our Chipping

Hit Booming Drives

Watching professional golfers is great fun. The results from the elite players is something that amateurs can only dream about accomplishing. The crisp sound of contact with their driver is pure. I have heard that sound once or twice in my career, but not at the level of a professional golfer. Their amazing results off the tee drive many golfers to spend more time hitting the big stick vice working on their game and lowering their score. That, however, is a discussion for another day. I wonder, how far do amateurs actually hit their drives on a regular basis?

That Is It! I Am Out Of Here!

How many times have you hit the links wishing you had stayed home? For most players, especially those who do not play as often as they would like, this is a rare occurrence. The joy of golfing does help many players done rose coloured glasses; yet, there are times when on course or outside influences tip the scales towards walking off the course. Using a Hybrid for Something Different

A hybrid is a very versatile club. Depending on your skill, it can be used for so many different situations that would extricate any golfer out of trouble. I have used my hybrid from 210 yards to 5 yards off the green. I have it out of long grass, short grass, cabbage, from the woods and out of the sand. There are so many uses for my hybrid that I sometimes forget there are other clubs in my bag. 😉 With all the uses of hybrids, I do believe that there is one shot that is often overlooked.
