Random Thoughts from the Grateful Golfer Community

Asking someone’s opinion is the greatest form of flattery. Most of us feel something positive when sought out to provide sage advice or thoughts on a particular topic. Recently, I asked three questions on Twitter and here is what you had to say. Continue reading

A Million Dollar Golf Shot

Have you ever had a chance to win a million dollars playing golf? Unless you are a professional, the chances are highly unlikely that you have. Well, just a couple of weeks ago I had this very chance.

I made my way to the Veterans Fields in North Bay and thought I would try to shoot a hole in one for a million dollars. I have 3 holes in one through my golfing career, so I thought why not me!  Continue reading

Golf is a Game of Inches

I enjoy watching Dustin Johnson, Jason Day or Jordan Spieth crush the ball off the tee. Something about seeing a tiny white sphere rocket through the air with bullet like speed is mind-boggling. An Amazing Golf Shot

I really do not have much today. On days like these, I like to hit the range and practice. Possibly play a round of golf with some friends. During the summer, just playing golf for fun helps to get my writing juices flowing. It is not a bad thing, just something needed every once in a while.

I hope everyone has a terrific Tuesday. If you cannot hit the links, here is something that will make you smile!

I am a grateful golfer! See you on the links!
