Open To Golf Suggestions!

Are you a player who is open to suggestions on how to fix your golf game? Do you try to improve your game through advice from other players? I will bet that every one of us has tried a tip or two from someone as they ‘observe’ our game. Although I do not think this is a bad thing (in a limited capacity), it is important to understand that not all suggestions are worth the paper they are written on. Golf Advice – “Putt What You See”

My golf season is a mix of regular rounds, match play events and team events. Every time I play, it is a new experience with respect to putting. The reason for the diverse opportunities is due to the ball never landing in the same place twice regardless of the number of rounds played. Playing in team events, it is a challenge to select the line that fits all the players, hence the statement by my friend Jack: “Putt What You See”. It is a universal statement that all golf teams should understand and employ.

I recently mentioned to Brian Penn from All About Golf, that I picked a hint a few years back from an elder statesman. Blair and I were invited to play in scramble with my friend Bruce and his friend Jack.
