Moving Day at The Masters

Wow, what a day. This was, by far, the best moving day I have seen at the Masters! It was incredible that 3 players shot 64 (tournament record) and none are leading the tournament. Tony Finau had a chance to easily tie the course record but could not make it happen after an opening 30 on the front nine. With all the low scores, moving day took on a whole new meaning!

Day 2 Recap at The Masters

Wow, the action was incredible and as a result the leaderboard is jammed-packed with Major winners. With 5 players tied at 7 under and 4 more at 6 under, moving day will take on a whole new meaning. With the cut set at +3, 65 players will vie for the green jacket on Saturday and Sunday. In the past, I would say that only a few players have a chance to win, but not this year. Day 2 proved that anyone has a chance to make a move into contention and many did!

Day One Recap At The Masters

What a great start to the first Major of 2019. I am not surprised to see the top of the leaderboard. Bryson DeChambeau and Brooks Koepka played solid golf and will lead the way today. It is very interesting to watch them surgically take Augusta National apart. But, they are only part of the story.

The Masters Starts Today

The honorary starters will signal the opening of the 2019 Masters. This year only The Golden Bear and Black Knight will be the ones to hit the ball down the fairway. It is a tradition at all golfers appreciate and anticipate. With the pomp out of the way, the first threesome of Andrew Landry; Adam Long; Canadian Corey Conners will first of Tea Olive. The rest of the day will be filled with more notable players, yet none of that seems to matter when playing for the green jacket. With the media hype coming for its first climax of the tournament, what can we expect for the rest of the day?
