Universal Golf Tip For All Course Conditions

Golfers play in different course conditions routinely throughout their season. Some days it is wet, cold, windy, dry, lush, and rock hard to name a few. As we try to conquer the varying conditions it is important to be able to hit different types of golf shots. Yes, this does mean we need to practice at the range to manage our swing movements. Hitting the Ball Or Turf First In Your Golf Swing

Flipping our hands through contact is a definite no-no in golf. This statement is nothing new and many golfers understand this concept. Knowing what not to do is often as important as knowing what to properly do during our golf swing. From time to time I make poor contact with my irons (actually more often than I want) because I am hitting behind the ball. This poor swing action is caused by several different reasons, but one is more apparent than the others. It is a know swing fault, but for some reason I cannot avoid this mistake.

Fall Golf Means Less Golf

We are having a wondering fall this year. Unfortunate, the great weather has not translated into more golf. I am trying to fit in many life events, but will have a game or two left in the bag before it is all done. One thing I will organize is a hickory round with my friend Misha. He expressed interest in playing with them and how can I not make that happen. The rest of the time, I will try and hit the course a couple times over the next few weeks. When the weather is great, how can I stay home…..right?

An Important Golf Tip That Change My Short Game

In my early golfing years, my focus point on chips was the pin. I felt that this was the goal, so using it as my benchmark was the correct course of action. Many years later I know that is approach to chipping was folly and I adjusted my whole game. Now that I have entered the world of hickory sticks, I am relearning this lesson. It is important to that I follow this chipping tip all the time in order to develop some sort of consistency in my short game in order lower my golf scores.
