I have a blessed life! The random support I receive from my friends is amazing and every once in a while I become overwhelmed. I talked about my local golfing buddies who marked their golf ball and sent me pictures. That was a good day!

On Friday, I received a surprising tweet from Mike Johnny from 36aday golf blog. (if you have not dropped by his site, I recommend you do) Mike and I found each other’s blog a few years back and subsequently met at the Toronto Golf show in 2016. Working With Professionals Pays Dividends

A week ago, I experience a delicate process of harvesting my stem cells. When I arrived at Ottawa General Hospital, I was immediately impressed by the professionalism of the staff and their calm demeanour. Of course, I was like a duck; calm on the outside and running a 100 yard dash on the inside. As they prepared me for treatment, I marveled at their expertise, confidence and their ability to work within a controlled chaos environment. The nurses were fantastic and as I watch them responded to the various unexpected situations for four hours, I could easily see that working with professionals pays dividends. Continue reading →

Using a Chipper To Improve Your Short Game?

The chipper is used around the green to replace wedges. The intent is to use it like a putter and the ball will pop up a few feet and start rolling towards the green. Buying Old Second-Hand Golf Clubs

Recently, I have decided to buy some old golf clubs. They are not something I would take to the links, but they will fit my intended purpose. As you are aware, golf is a big part of my life. Because of that, many of my friends indulge my passion and from time to time will hit the range with me. Additionally, when they bring their kids for a visit, golf seems to be a topic of conversation.
