Can Anyone Stop Dustin Johnson
The long hitting Dustin Johnson seems poised to stay on top of the golfing world for quite some time. His win yesterday at the WC Match Play Championship was a clinic for anyone and demonstrated his dominance on the links. As he continues to cement his position atop of the world golf rankings, I notice that some pundits are wondering if anyone will be able to beat him at the Masters! Creating Power in Your Golf Game
It is challenging to hit the ball a long way. In some cases, it is challenging to hit the ball at all. Interestingly, regardless of who you talk too, most golfers over-estimate the distance they can hit the ball. A perfect example is “The Rock” claiming he hit the ball 490 yards and John Daly disputing his long tale. I am not sure exactly what went on, but I am leaning towards Daly and would have to see it to believe it. Continue reading

Which Golf Club First?
The golf season is fast approaching. Some of my friends are heading south to get a jump on things and others will head indoors somewhere to warm up their swing. Personally, neither option is open to me, but I know spring is just around the corner.
When I head to the first open practice area, I always have a bit of a dilemma on which club to use first. The excitement of hitting golf balls sometimes overshadows my logic on preparing for the season. I am sure many of you feel the exact same way! Continue reading
