I am fortunate because I am able to play, watch, read, and think about my favorite game without too many restrictions. I try to stay on top of the many different changes to the game, but sometimes I come across something just fun. Well actually, I had this video sent to me and just had to share them. Enjoy!
This video demonstrates that many aspects about golf ball construction and how science is an important aspect of hitting a golf ball far. This is not a new video, but it is new to me and fun to watch! Thanks Kevin for sending it my way.
Of course it was fun watching how a golf ball will react at high velocities and how a club (or watermelon) will respond to that much force. I never realized how much compression a golf ball can take before disintegrating.
Overall, this was a fun video to watch; what do you think?
I am a grateful golfer! See you on the links!
This was a fun video to watch. I would have liked to see a comparison between modern 2 piece and multipiece balls added though. The nerd in me wants to know what differences if any.
