Fighting Your Golf Swing Or Going With It

Through the course of any golf season, I encounter times when I fight my golf swing. These periods of struggle sometimes last more that a few holes, rounds, or an eternity (or at least it seems that way). Fighting my golf swing can bring a great deal of frustration because in most cases I do not know exactly the cause. Sometimes it just shows up and disappears without any rhythm or reason. There are times when my swing is consistently off and it is during those times I decide to go with my current swing mechanics and try to limit the damage. My Golf Season Is Quickly Coming To An End

I realize that it is only the first of September, but around here the weather quickly changes. Thus, my play takes a dramatic turn to the left and I play less and less. Therefore, you rely on consistent contact to hit the ball up and down. To ensure your score does not soar, understanding two fundamentals of pitching a ball will help in areas of lower scores, confidence, effectiveness of shot making and just plain fun. I think we can all agree that hitting the ball up and down is great fun and wish we could do it every time. Rickie Fowler and Butch Harmon show us the two fundamental swing mechanics need by every golfer……by hitting through a golf cart?

Five Things That All Beginner Golfers Should Know

Of course there are more than five things that all beginner golfers should know. My friend Rick sent me an article that outlines five aspects of golf that we have discussed at length over the past few years. They are fundamental to my game and have honed them over the years. The information provided by Golf.com is concise worth sharing; although I have talked about these topics for years, they have put together in on neat package.
