Day one of the Ontario Golf Regionals went as hoped. I played a strong round overall, but with mixed 9s. The course was set up to score and considering that it is late September, it is in fairly good shape. The only real challenge is the greens because they are playing slow and are a bit shaggy compared to earlier in the season. But we have to play the condition that is tournament golf. Continue reading

18th hole at Petawawa Golf Course
Good Morning grateful golfers!
I will be updating later, however after the first day, I shot a 5 over 76. I am 5 strokes back and I feel comfident I can do better. With a 42 front and 34 back, there is much room for improvement.
I plan on a more detailed post later today. In the meantime, I am a grateful golfer!
Headimg to the links, have a great day.

During the entire trip, we talked extensively about the positives of this course and both walked away very impressed. I can tell you from the very start, I was not disappointed. Because of my positive experience with the course and staff, I am already planning a trip for next year. Continue reading
