Watching a Major On TV

I should not be surprised by the response to my question a couple of days ago. Most respondents prefer to watch a golf Major from the comfort of their own home. I cannot say I blame them because I would fall in the same category. However, it is unfair for me to actually make that call since I have never experienced being at any professional golf tournament live. But, I guess I can only imagine that being home offers a better opportunity to see all the action.

CP Canadian Women’s Open

The CP Canadian Women’s Open starts in a week. This year’s national women’s championship is held at the Wascana Country Club in Regina, Saskatchewan. I Bought A Set Of Used Clubs

Having a spare set of clubs around is important for guests who happen to drop by and want to tee it up. I have several sets, including one for a lefty. Of course none are the quality of my Titleist AP2s, but they will do in a pinch and are far better than any rentals. About two weeks ago, my wife saw the set I purchased in a virtual garage sale and pointed them out to me and without hesitation, we snapped them up! Continue reading

Brooke Henderson Is Back in Contention

A quick update regarding Brooke Henderson after the 3rd round of the HSBC Women’s World Championship. After shooting a smooth 65, Brooke is tied for 3rd only 4 strokes back.
