With golf season just a month away, I need to step up my fitness game and focus on getting ready for my first swing of the season. I already train aerobically and strength training (not golf specific) 4 to 5 days a week, however I am lax on my flexibility training. So I have decided (starting today) to start my 30 flexibility challenge where I will stretch or do yoga for at least 10 minutes a day. Lowering My Golf Score Is A Never Ending Journey!
There is a process to break any score in golf. If you read the multiple sites, depending on where you start, your focus should be different. Fundamentally, I agree with this thought process, yet I am not convinced that it is easy some claim. Lowering your golf score does take focused effort and is some cases in not a smooth journey, but it can be done. The process I followed was simple and direct.
