If anyone asks, my golf swing is perfect. I have worked on it for many years and finally feel that it is the best it can be! Yup, there is no question that right now your are either laughing, shaking your head, or spit up your coffee! If you are an avid golfer like myself, your golf swing is always in a state flux. Hinge and Hold Chipping By Phil Mickelson

Most golfers struggle with getting up and down from within 50 yards of the green. I know, I practiced these distances often in the past and with my DIY chipping area in my yard I can devote even more time to successful chipping. Phil Mickelson, arguably one of the best wedge player ever, talks about using the hinge and hold chipping technique out to 50 yards from the green. Driven to Distraction On The Golf Course

Have you ever found your mind wandering when playing golf? Well, of course you have not! You are a seasoned, elite golfer who has laser focus on every shot. If this was only the truth…..right? Distraction can come in all forms, but mostly it happens when there is some doubt in your mind on which shot to play next. Trying To Groove My Golf Swing

What does “find my swing groove” really mean? I did a fair bit of research and I came up with about 1000 different answers. Of course, this deluge of white noise is never any good when trying to sift through the mire, but I was able to come up with a couple of short videos that helped me understand that when grooving my golf swing, I need to take “how does it work for me” approach. I cannot tell you how to groove your swing, but I can offer a couple of tidbits of information that might help you hit the ball more consistently and effortlessly.
