A friend of mine recently had hand surgery. He will need to go through extensive rehab to be ready for golf season. I am sure it will involve many hand, wrist, and arm exercises to get back to normal. This is where my interest is peaked. If these exercises are good for rehab, I would think they are good for the rest of us to build up strength and flexibility. (Caution – graphic image below)

Of course I will have to patiently wait to see what the exercises entail, but I think my logic is sound. I always wonder which exercises would be best for me and I have never thought of the rehab process to build strength and flexibility. Not being an expert in the human body, I would not know where to start.
After I start to think about things more, I should have thought about this process sooner. I am not fussed about my knowledge gap, but now that I know of another avenue to gain knowledge to improve my golf game, I am plan to use it as best I can.
Naturally, I will pass on what I find, but if you know of any sources, please share…..it is only fair. 😉
I am a grateful golfer! See you on the links!
HI Jim, looks like at twelve month lay-off to me. That is a serious injury.

Pete,
Docs say if he follows treatment and rehab, he will be playing next spring. Here is hoping for my friend.

Hi JIm,
a good golfing friend got called to the locker-room in the sky. I know it happens to us all, but this was very sudden.
