Golf is a sport that requires some flexibility. The range of movement encompasses over 360° in order to properly move the club head through various directions. I am sure we can debate the exact degree count, but for the aspect of this discussion today, I think you get the point. I akin the flexibility, or lack of, needed to the ability to twist a pretzel. Golf Fitness And Lower Golf Scores
Fitness is the key to fantastic golf. Of course everyone is noticing Bryson Dechambeau because of his dramatic increase in physical strength resulting in booming drives. However, most players do not have the the time, money or desire to change that dramatically. Most players, in my opinion, want to be physically fit to enjoy golf and more importantly all the other activities which makes life fulfilling. Personally, I fit into the last category.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas! I sure did because I spent it with my loving family and our newest member – Windsor. He is a black lab mix that belongs to our daughter. He sure brings energy and joy to our home. With Christmas day over it is time to get back into our routine and that means my training for 2020 has started.
