My Top 10 Golf Movies of All Time

I am a movie buff. I enjoy watching all kinds of movies. I do have my favorites and most of those do not follow any particular genre, however, I gain enjoyment from watching them repeatedly. As I was looking for a movie the other night, I came across a couple of golf movies and it started me wondering what were the all-time top 10 golf movies.

I watched many golf movies over the days and enjoyed them all. Each offered something unique to the viewer and, for the most part, did not disappoint. I realize this is a personal choice and after some research, these are the movies I have decided make my top 10 list. Continue reading

Golf Off-Season Activities

The cold weather is creeping up. Spending the day in the cool temperatures uses more energy than expected, but it helps stoke the fire of change. Transitioning from fall to winter comes new and old activities. I enjoy golfing, yet I wait in anticipation for my off-season activities. The New Normal Syndrome in Golf

This is a tough question for most golfers. Many amateurs think they hit the ball farther than they really do and are not shy to say so. Last week, a friend of mine, Tim, called a co-worked on their claims.

I do not know the person Tim was talking too, but we will call him Larry for easy of the article. Tim is a very good golfer and probably has a similar handicap to my own, so he has some game. Larry apparently talks a good game and is not as accomplished as Tim.
