Feeling A Golf Shot in My Left Arm

During the cooler temperatures, any miss hit can be felt throughout your body. In my case, the first indication that I hit the ball fat is a vibration that rides up my left arm and into my shoulder. It is not painful (most of the time), but it is obvious that I missed my mark. When this happens, I often wonder if I should react immediately or wait for a few more swings. Before reading on, what would you normally do?

Self-Assessment of My 2019 Golf Game

Before forging ahead with my 2020 golf season, I always find it beneficial to look back at my performance last year. This introspection guides my goals for the next season, but only if I honestly look at what I accomplished and put it in a perspective I can use. This is not overly difficult, but it only works if I am true to myself and be totally honest.

Happy New Year – 2020

Well, goodbye 2019. Last year was a year of transition in my golf game and life. On many days I had no idea what to expect, what a roller coaster ride. I am grateful that my health improved and I was able to play plenty of golf. I am happy to say that today marks a new chapter in my journey. I am excited for 2020 because the blank canvas in front of me. I have some goals that I will share in the near future once I flush out the reality of the possible.

I am feeling strong and focused and plan to continue to focus on many things golf, but more importantly I will create the year I want. It is time to reinvigorate my mental process the law of attraction. It works for me and now that I am creating a new normal, it has to be part of my daily mental good health.

Of course, regardless of what life throws my way, I will remain grateful. For being grateful is really the only way to a happy and joy-filled life.

Today is the start of your journey as well; I hope you and your special loved ones have a healthy and joyous 2020!

Good Bye 2019 – Hello Awesome Future

Many of us have specific transition days. Obviously, to embrace those days, there must be a closure day. And for me, today is one of those days. It allows me time to reflect on what was accomplished in the 365 days with an eye to what I want to create moving forward. So, as I say good bye to 2019, I am look forward to the 2020 golf season.

Thinking back to last years season (more detailed review to come), I basically am grateful for playing at all. After a crazy health scare in 2018, I enjoyed playing golf with my friends and embraced all the shots – good and bad. Yes, I wish I could have made a few more great shots, but overall I cannot complain. Complaining would not be fair to the joyous times I had on the links.

Having said that, it is time to say goodbye. As my golf game and life continues to evolve, I learned that any transition takes time and focused intent to make anything happen. This thought will be the cornerstone of my 2020 golf game. I will methodically approach changes and embrace the journey of change. Life on and off the links is going to be awesome!

On this final day of 2019, I have no regrets. Life is fantastic and I am encouraged to see what 2020 has to bring.

I am a grateful golfer! See you on the links!
