My Golf Thought For Monday
Bryson DeChambeau won his 5th tournament of his career. He continues to push the boundaries of golf with success. Very inspiring.
John Wooden’s statement is very profound for me and as such, I plan to work on things I find difficult. Today is a great day to take the first step towards positive change. Baby steps mind you, but movement towards my goals nonetheless.

Apparently, Ball Hawking Is A Sport!
We have all done it, yes you know what I mean; we have all ball hawked at one time or another. We walk along the edge of the woods, “keeping out of the sun”, searching for that elusive with white treasure. When spotted we excitedly drop our clubs and zip into the forest hoping it is a quality ball we can use at the next water hole. Alas, it is not and it goes into the shag bag. Cart Path Only Please
This article is a little late coming, but it is relevant for those players still hitting the links. I am strong defender of my golf course. I replace divots (my own and others), fix multiple ball marks on the green, pick up garbage and rake sand traps. If I want Osprey Links Golf Course to be ready for when I break par, it needs a little care to keep it pristine. Yup, you heard me right; the cost of golf just doubled! It is the strangest thing and no matter where you are in the world, this phenomenon happens all the time! It is the strangest thing, you walk into the club house to pay your green fees and you have to dig deeper and deeper to find the correct amount of coin to be allowed on the links.
