Minor Set Backs Are Expected

Working our golf game is a slow methodical process that takes time and effort. Sometimes it takes years of dedicated effort to make the adjustments needed to be a better player. Happy Halloween

It is that time again where the children are out on the streets, going door to door looking for the best candy. As a kid, we all shared in the excited and hope that we would be able to make the big haul. It Is Transition Time

As the last glimmer of hope is snuffed out, I have officially entered the transition phase of my golf year. What exactly does that mean, well it is a sad time where I have to put my summer stuff away, dig out the winter stuff and prepare for five months of a winter wonderland. I am not complaining mind you because the winter offers other fun things to do that helps prepare my game for opening day just 167 days away.  Continue reading

Videotaping My Golf Swing

Over the years, I have video taped my golf swing. Surprisingly, I never watched it to analyse my technique. I have looked close, but I think it is a beautiful thing and does not need fixing…..haha. I have come to realize that I do cast a bit around chest area and as a result I loose some distance. Kevin, an avid reader of The Grateful Golfer, has pointed this out on several occasions. Sunday Musings From The Grateful Golfer

Have you ever sat in front of a computer or with a writing pad and had nothing specific to say. Then you start thinking about all the possible topics that could catch the reader’s eye and nothing specific comes to mind.
