Are You Open to Suggestions
Are you open to suggestions about your golf game? I mean, having someone (other than a pro you pay to help) offer unsolicited advice about how to improve your golf game. Personally, I am open to any conversation, but I will have to admit that I am a bit remiss for a player offering solutions to problems they have yet to solve. Dog Fight Format in Golf
The dog fight is a different format for Men’s Night. At Osprey Links Golf Course, we seem to play this format more often than not. I have never played this format before, and actually never heard of it until recently. Net Match Play Competition
I played my first match play last week and things did not go as I had hoped. It was a great match and my competitor Rich was fun to get to know. We met up on Monday morning and the course was wet, but the weather was perfect for playing golf. As we walked down to the first tee, we discussed handicaps and as a result; I had to give him 11 strokes.
