Playing a Golf in Spain

I have never teed it up in Spain, however Clint, a frequent reader of The Grateful Golfer, dropped me a couple of pictures of his favorite courses in Spain. I appreciate the pictures and his explanation of how he played the holes.

Training for A Great Golf Swing

Over the years, fitness was discussed multiple times at The Grateful Golfer. It is an extremely important part of being a successful golfer, not to mention a healthy lifestyle. Normally, I am an active person, but when the snow starts to fly, it becomes difficult to maintain an active lifestyle.

I am not an expert, nor do have the knowledge to guide anyone who wants to train for a great golf swing. I only know what works for me and what I need to do to be successful on and off the golf course. Do you know what fitness components are important to your golf swing? Continue reading
