I realize it is a bit early to be looking forward to golf season, but I purchased my membership for next year and so I am ready to play. I the meantime, actually 126 days, I have to fill my time doing my traditional off-season stuff. It is all fun things….for the most part 😉 …….but it sometimes it does not reduce my excitement for April 15th to arrive.

What Is On Your Christmas List?
With just under 3 weeks to go before Christmas, many people are feverously scrambling to buy the perfect gift for that someone special. This was a very stressful time for me and my family in the past because picking out a gift for someone, especially golf stuff to a non-golfer, can be challenging. The innovation in club technology over the past 40 years is almost unmeasurable. The science of golf, rooted in physics, as allowed amateur players to maximize distance of poorly hit golf balls. Don’t get me wrong, I am a player that has benefited from new technology, but I learned to play with clubs that needed to be hit squarely on the club face; so, that has benefited my game today. In the words of Tiger Woods: “Clubs have changed a ton!”
