Most charity golf tournaments have little games within each round to afford the opportunity to win prizes. These are difficult to win, but if you do, you generally walk away with a prize of some sort; not to mention epic bragging rights. They are fun games and I always sign up for them if they are not included in the tournament costs. My logic is that it only takes great shot; on never knows when that shot will happen. It snowed again last night! This dump was just a couple of inches, but enough where I need to get on my warmish clothes and head out to the driveway. Every year, November 11 is a special day to Canadians. Today, we take the time to honor the fallen, wounded and serving military men, women and their families. Their sacrifices have allowed for the freedoms we enjoy today. It is important to give thanks and be grateful for our wonderful lives they protect.

My Golf Thought For Monday

Bryson DeChambeau won his 5th tournament of his career. He continues to push the boundaries of golf with success. Very inspiring.
John Wooden’s statement is very profound for me and as such, I plan to work on things I find difficult. Today is a great day to take the first step towards positive change. Baby steps mind you, but movement towards my goals nonetheless.
