It is All About the Short Game Says Bob Rotella

The more I read, the more I am convinced I am on the right track with my approach to golf. I talk (sometimes too much) about the importance of the short game and guru’s like Bob Rotella continue to reinforce my thinking.  Continue reading

Changing Your Golf Glove

Unlike many golfers, I do not wear a golf glove. I realize that most golfers do and recently I was wondering how many golf gloves an average player goes through in a season. I was surprised to know that many players use 10 or more gloves in just one season. That at $15 a glove, that amounts to some serious cash. So, now I am wondering if it is worth the cost or not? The Best Golfing Training Aids from #GolfChat

#GolfChat is the fastest hour in golf! Every Tuesday evening at 8 pm EST, we congregate on Twitter to discuss golf. Unfortunately, there is one rule many players do not follow and it is keeping to the cart path when instructed to do so by the course management! Continue reading

Chipping In and Lower Golf Scores

It makes sense because most amateurs have a low up and down percentage regardless of where they chip from. It is a stoke of luck all golfers want, but rarely achieve. I wonder why it is so difficult to achieve considering the thousands of balls I chip every year. Chipping in is not something I do on a regular basis; how about you? Continue reading
