Just Waiting For Golf Season

I realize it is a bit early to be looking forward to golf season, but I purchased my membership for next year and so I am ready to play. I the meantime, actually 126 days, I have to fill my time doing my traditional off-season stuff. It is all fun things….for the most part 😉 …….but it sometimes it does not reduce my excitement for April 15th to arrive.

What Kind Of Golf Tee Do You Use?

I realize that this might be a topic that does not strike at the heart of your golfing passion. However, with the holiday season just around the corner, I expect most of you will receive a bag of this vital pegs in your stocking. The question is: do you offer any advice to your loved one or willingly accept what ever they buy because it makes no difference to your game. Personally, I am particular (big surprise) because I try to limit the amount of tees I use during the year.

FEAR Eroding My Confidence In My Shot Selection

I have learned to approach most golf shots without fear. This is a self-taught skill that I employ routinely. However, there are still a few shots from time to time where the pucker factor grows and I feel less sure about the shot I have selected. The funny thing its, my FEAR (False Evidence Appearing Real) appears to manifest in a particular situation regardless of how much a practice. My apprehension is not constant, nor is always, but it does show up. And frankly it annoys me to no end!
