As we know, COVID-19 has modified how we play golf for the time being. Social distancing is really not a challenge on the golf course, but some of the new rules for putting makes it easier to score. Regardless of the changes, I have decided to submit my scores following the current Golf Canada COVID-19 playing guidelines.

Golf season is back and I have played three times in three days with the fourth being today. This year started like no other and looks to continue for some time. I know that the team at Osprey Links are working diligently to make our golfing experiences the best they can be and for that I am grateful. However, after playing three times, I can tell you that very little of our experiences will be considered normal or routine. However, I accept that and will move on with trying to be a better player.

There is no solid convention on how to make this shot, but I have a theory that might help you decide how to zero on on the flag. It works for me and hopefully will be a benefit to your game.

I spent two hours getting my golf equipment ready for today! There is really not much to tell, except I gave everything a rub down to remove the dust, marked two dozen golf balls (hope I do not need them all 🙂 ) placed everything in the car and I am ready to make the exciting trip to my home course of Osprey Links.
