The AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am is always an interesting event. It is one of few opportunities that amateurs have to loop the course with professional golfers for an entire weekend. Most of the news and excitement centres around the professionals, like Phil Mickelson’s finish on the 72nd hole, but that is not the only exciting golf experienced by the fans.
Before I go to the celebrity shots, I think Vaughn Taylor’s shot on the 15th hole needs to mentioned. I think it was the shot that was critical to his win.
Moving on, the rest of this post is a quick salute to the amateurs who stepped up and made some fantastic shots of their own.
The AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am is a great event. I enjoyed watching all the awesome shots, especially from the amateurs. It gives us all hope that on any given day, something spectacular can happen!
I am a grateful golfer! See you on the links!

I love the Pro Am tournaments. The Bob Hope is another good example. It’s fun to watch amateurs make good and bad shots. It’s entertaining. 👍
