What is Your Golf Age?

I laugh to myself all the time when I discuss age with my friends. I am at the vintage where I remember things that might be considered ‘ancient history’ by today’s generation of golfers. Regardless, age is something that is as much a mental state as physical. My view is very evident when you talk to golfers. Many of us believe that we are still in our mid 20s or 30s; when in fact those days are long past. But, is this really a bad thing?

When Opportunity Knocks At The Golf Course

A golf course can offer many opportunities for golfers. Sometimes it comes in the way of lower golf scores; sometimes it is an opportunity to play lots of golf; and sometimes the stars align and your circle of friends expands. I have played many courses over the years and lately Osprey Links is where I call home. Actually, this is the second time I decided to be a member and the last four years provided many opportunities to improve my overall golf experience.

Building a Golf Routine For 2020

Well it is time to start my winter golf routine in earnest. I have dabbled with training and now it is time to step up my game. January is always a tough time in up north, due to the cold weather and lack of motivation. However, those excuses are gone and spring is less than 50 days away…..so getting off my butt is the new normal. 😁
