The Thrill Of The Moment

With Christmas in our review mirror, the emotional roller coaster of festivities is leveling off. I hope that you have some thrilling moments and were able to share them with loved ones. As I shared a few of my own, I could not stop and notice the parallels of excitement to hitting an awesome shot in golf. The elation of success is fleeting and unfortunately so is the initial opening of presents. However, the thrill of both event is addictive and leaves you wanting more.

Relaxing On Boxing Day

Unlike other years, there will be no in store sales this boxing day. I sometimes like to check things out incase they drastically reduce the price of certain items. Well, COVID has decided to give us one last slap (I hope anyway) and we are locked down for two weeks. All non-essential shopping, eating and socializing is restricted for a minimum of two weeks. So, I have decided to just relax and enjoy the time we have together as if it was planned.

As the anticipation grows for Christmas Day, it is easy to become wrapped up in the excitement of the holiday season. After the crazy year we just lived through, it usually time for fun, laughter, and good times for many, but this year some will find this festive season difficult and challenging.
