As I walk from my car to the clubhouse, the sense of disappointment starts to grow as I see a congregation of players waiting to hit the links. They mull around the coffee pot making small talk waiting for the course Super to give the green light. As the numbers builds, so does our anxiety. Suddenly, everyone becomes a mathematician using complex algorithms to figure out when they will tee off and when we will finish. When Life Throws You A Curve
We all have a journey. It is ours alone, yet it is also experienced by those within our 3 foot space. As many of you know, from my “About Me” page, I was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins Follicular Lymphoma (cancer) in 2009. Through the entire experience, my darling wife (best friend) and I stood shoulder to shoulder as be beat back this awful disease.

Endless Possibilities on the Golf Course
You know, one of the aspects of golf I like the most are the possibilities. Every shot offers hope abound with a chance of disaster. Now how exciting is that? I have watched players bunt their ball up the fair way in 5 strokes, just to chip in for a 6. The elation on their face is amazing. I have watch a perfect approach shot that would have stop inches from the pin, hit the top of a ball on the green, only to richocet into the hazard; a double show up on the scorecard. Golf has endless possibilities!
